|Patrick Kane, President
Patrick Kane is the current President of the Snow Management Inc. and the remaining Evergreen Family of Companies. He is a graduate of Penn State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Pat is a certified snow professional (CSP) an accreditation received from the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA). There are presently less than 300 Certified Snow Professionals in the United States. Pat oversees all aspects of the Evergreen Family of Companies which includes Evergreen Landscaping, Snow Management, Inc., Castle Construction, Superior Sweeping Services, and Corporate Cleaning Solutions.
|Adam Pendolphia, Vice President
Adam Pendolphia is also a graduate of Penn State, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Adam is a partner in the company and is the Vice President of both Snow Management Inc. and Evergreen Landscaping Inc. Adam is actively involved at the national level with the Snow & Ice Management Association.
|Frank Kane, General Manager, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Branch
Frank has been with Snow Management since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Frank was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in 2001 and served four years of active duty in the United States Army. His positions include platoon leader, company executive officer and staff officer. In 2003 he served a tour in Iraq as part of the Army Corps of Engineers, constructing roads, air fields and base camps. Frank was honorably discharged from the Army in 2005 as a service disabled veteran.
|Lee Eckert, Account Executive
Lee Eckert is a graduate of Misrecordia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Lee spent 25 years in the Food Service Industry, the last 10 years as President of U.S. Foodservice in Pittston PA. He has spent the last 7 years in national account sales in the facilities maintenance industry. Lee is responsible for sales of all operating companies within the Evergreen Family of Companies.
|Chris Emerick, General Manager, Allentown/Lehigh Valley Branch
Chris brings 13 years of management experience to the Evergreen Family of Companies, including 10 years of facility maintenance experience. Chris is currently the operations manager for Snow Management Inc. and is also General Manager for both Superior Sweeping Services and Corporate Cleaning Solutions.
|Bryan Yaworski, Vice President of Operations
Bryan has 19 years of experience in the landscape and snow industry. He began his career as an installer and landscape maintenance technician. Bryan was promoted to Vice President of Operationsof Evergreen Landscaping and Snow Management, Inc. in 2017. He is responsible for all aspects of the lawn and landscape maintenance operations of Evergreen Landscaping.
Our company was founded in 1995. We have been located in the Scranton Wilkes-Barre area since our inception. Our corporate office is located in Wyoming, PA with branch locations in the Wilkes-Barre Scranton and Allentown/Lehigh-Valley areas.
