Our Decision-Making Process

In the snow-fighting business, deciding what to do and when to do it is no easy task. Making good decisions under pressure requires years of experience, use of advanced technology, and a solid understanding of customer requirements. This is what we do best.

The thousands of combinations of multiple variables make each event unique. Time of year, time of day, day of week, ground temperature, air temperature, precipitation form, wind speed, property type, customer expectations, and many other variables impact the decision making for every snow and ice event. Our experience in handling all types of storms means peace of mind for our customers.

We monitor weather conditions constantly using advanced digital weather modeling technology. We research and track storm activity as it develops sometimes days before it arrives. Our customers never need to call us to tell us it’s snowing.

Our dedicated team is ready to respond 24/7 throughout the winter. Our mobilization processes are unparalleled in our industry.

Our Quality Control Process

Our ability to maintain high quality standards sets us apart from our competitors. We don’t over-commit our resources. We actually perform site inspections; we don’t just say that we do. In fact, we employ full-time quality control supervisors. All of our truck and equipment operators are connected through a digital communications network. We train every person who works for us and we work as a team. We communicate unique site situations and unusual customer expectations to our field personnel. We take our work seriously and it shows in our quality.
